Take a trip on our beautiful, historic foot ferry between The Rame Peninsula, Cornwall's forgotten corner and the fascinating and historic Devonport area of Plymouth. Loved for centuries by all who have travelled on her, the Cremyll Ferry is recognized as one of Plymouth's hidden gems.

Whether you are commuting, or arriving into Devon or Cornwall, the 8 minute trip, allows you to cross the River Tamar and take in one of the most spectacular coastlines surrounding Plymouth, affording fascinating views of historic Mount Edgcumbe, Royal William Yard and the Plymouth Sound.

Cremyll Ferry departs from Admirals Hard, Stonehouse, Plymouth every 30 minutes, 15 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour (With a 8 minute crossing time). No 34 Citybus from Royal Parade Plymouth (Plymouth City Centre) will bring you to the Cremyll Ferry departure point.
